Do you dread mealtimes with your child?

Is fussy eating ruining family life?

If I could show you exactly how to transform your child’s eating; increasing variety, reducing meltdowns and ensuring they get all the nutrition that they need. Would that help you?

Yes?

After working with hundreds of parents struggling with fussy eating and eating challenges over the past decade I have developed my Positive Mealtimes Package. The package transforms your child’s eating by building their confidence around food, increasing variety and eliminating the stress of mealtimes for you.

Introducing the Positive Mealtimes Package:

When you started weaning, your baby loved eating. What went wrong?

Why have you gone from happy mealtimes to a feeling of dread every time you have to give your child something to eat?

You feel like you’ve tried everything – you’ve tried sitting together, cooking together, offering foods they like, leaving them to get hungry.

Nothing works!

It all feels like a lost cause.

An unhappy child refuses to drink milk for breakfast and sits in kitchen without an appetite. Upset boy does not want to eat tasteless food, loss of appetite

I get it. It’s hard parenting a fussy eater.

You have so many worries:

Sometimes the more we read about these things, the more frustrated we get; because we start to feel like ‘but I’ve done ALL OF THAT’ and there’s still no change.

If it’s time for you to take control of your child’s eating, to learn how you transform mealtimes from battleground to family time to understand how to offer new foods with the best chance of them being eaten instead of causing a meltdown then you’re in the right place.

As a paediatric dietitian and feeding specialist with over a decade of experience working with hundreds of families just like yours I know that I can reduce the stress of feeding difficulties for you.

Do you want to know how?

Feeding difficulties vary from child to child. So, the things that work for one child won’t necessarily work for yours.

It is important that we do the right and relevant things for your child. In the right order. In the right way.

Before doing anything, we have to dig into WHY your child is eating as they are.

Once we know this, we can decide what steps we need to take to help them to reduce their worries around food and find the confidence to enjoy mealtimes and branch out to new foods.

Picture yourself in a few months time; after working with me:

All of the above are possible and something I help families to achieve week in week out with my Positive Mealtimes Package.

Join me, and you could be seeing these benefits within the next month!

My Guarantee

I can’t promise you that your child is going to eat every food you give them. Anyone that promises they can is not being genuine. What I can promise is that you’ll know exactly what to do to for your child to be in the best position to want to try.
If you’re not happy with the work I do, there’s no obligation to take all sessions. Any that you do not take you do not pay for.

Frequently Asked Questions

I can never give an absolute guarantee of what is going to happen. What I can guarantee is that after your time with me, you’ll know exactly what you should be doing to help your child to reduce their anxiety at mealtimes and to find confidence with trying new foods.

That’s an impossible question to answer unfortunately. However, what we do know is the more committed you are to implementing the changes that I give you to work on and the more consistently you do things the more chance we have to bring about faster change.

Pre appointment assessment and analysis.

3-4x 60 minute appointments via zoom (some people need more appointments than others it’s impossible to say ahead of time. The package includes 3 appointments).

Pre appointment assessment:

You will be sent assessment paperwork to be completed which I analyse ahead of our meeting. I use this to build a picture of why certain foods are being avoided and how we will work on encouraging stress free mealtimes and progressing onto accepting more variety in the diet. I look at things such as:

  • Growth, medical history and feeding history right back to birth
  • What you have tried in order to encourage eating
  • sensory issues
  • oral motor skills
  • A 3 day food diary used to assess the nutritional breakdown of the current diet to ensure nutritional needs are being met.
  • Photos sat at the table
  • Accepted foods list which helps me to assess patterns of foods eaten and is used to help us when moving on to new foods.
  • Videos of a usual family meal and a close up video (if possible!)

The package is designed in such a way to transform mealtimes, reduce your stress levels and help your child to find their confidence with food. It is designed to take place across a 2-3 month period but you can choose to move through slightly quicker or slower if you wish to. We work through things in a particular order and at a speed that means you get the most out of the time working with me and have the best chance of success.

The analysis of your child’s diet, 3x 1 hour appointments and support in between is £450. This is paid in 3 instalments a month apart. So the initial payment is £150.

I have over 10 years experience both within the NHS and private sector. I have completed different post graduate training programmes in fussy avoidant eating.
