Are mealtimes more stressful than joyful?
Do you wish you knew which foods were best for your child and how to make meals feel calm, happy and fuss-free?
My new online course Feeding: The Early Years is here to take the stress and guesswork out of mealtimes, helping you to:
- Raise a confident, happy eater
- Create a positive relationship with food from the start
- Learn which foods support your child’s growth and wellbeing – now and in the future
- Feel confident talking to your child about food in a healthy, age-appropriate way
Based on my 5* rated Early Years Workshop, this course is ideal for parents of children aged 0–6. Through short videos and practical resources, you will be guided step by step through the key things you need to know about feeding your child during these critical (and often challenging) early years.
Sound familiar?
If any of these ring true, you’re in the right place:
- You wish your child would just sit at the table without constant reminders
- You're overwhelmed by conflicting advice and just want clear, trustworthy guidance
- You’re unsure about how much (or how little) your child eats compared to others
- You’re constantly handing out snacks but come mealtime, your child isn’t hungry
- You’re worried about sugar and how much is too much
- You want your child to grow up making good food choices but don’t know where to start
Picture yourself in a few weeks time after doing the course:
- Cooking one meal for the whole family
- Knowing how much food your child should be eating
- Feeling confident that your child is getting all the vitamins they need each day
What you will learn
Essentially, I cover all the topics that I spend my days talking to parents about. But for a little more detail, some of the subjects we will go through in this course are:
Laying down healthy eating habits: Do you want your child to turn into an adult who makes good food choices, listens to their body and doesn’t rely on food for emotional support? We are going to set you on the right path for that.
Getting great nutrition in: Know which foods to be offering to give your child the best start in life!
Portion sizes: Did you know that nearly 80% of parents are offering too much food to their children? I’ll give you an idea of how much your child should be eating to ensure they grow exactly as they should.
What does a healthy diet look like? If you believe what social media tells us, you’re probably terrified of half the foods in your cupboards by now!! Lets simplify the messages and normalise a balanced diet again.

About Me
I am a paediatric dietitian and early years feeding specialist with over a decade of experience within the NHS and private sector. I love helping parents, like you, to cut through all of the noise and conflicting information about feeding children and to simplify what has become completely over complicated online!
As a single Mum of two children, I understand the need for feeding to fit into a busy life so everything I do is about making life easier for you! You won’t find unrealistic advice or a ton of complicated meal plans, just simple advice that is easy to fit into your everyday, (probably very tired) life!
I have been featured in the media for publications such as the BBC, Asda Good Living and Nursery world. I have spoken at conferences such as The Baby Show and I am currently working as the consulting expert on feeding for Hipp Organic UK.
